Need URL’s for Drop Down Menu Items

Need to know the URL’s for these drop down menu items (see attachment).  I want to add these to my main menu.  They are user specific when the user is logged in, so how do I do this?  Is there a general URL for each, then whatever member logs in it will automatically add the username to the URL?  Just not sure how add these items to my main menu.  Thanks.

Also, when I add these to my main menu, of course I want them visible only to logged in members. Thanks!

Hello, those are dynamic menu items, cant add it to an URL, you need to create this by PHP
Try to use the plugin buddypress menu 🙂

Thanks Laura. I tried searching plugins with the name ‘buddypress menu’ or ‘bp menu’ but found nothing. Is there another name for it?
