Nested Replies Not Indenting

Any idea why they would not indent and nest properly – they also all go to the bottom? I have the replies setting on ‘3 levels deep’

But, when I reply to a post, my new post just goes to the bottom instead of nesting properly under the forum comment I was replying to.
