New Categories Not Appearing in Sidebar

Good day I have been working on this for a moment. When I add categories they do not appear in the sidebar generally, however, one that I created did, also the ones I deleted did disappear, how come the new categories that I’m creating are not appearing?

Hello,

Categories appear in the sidebar only after you add some post to the new created category or there would be nothing to display.
