Hello i make a new installation in local.
And i got 3 tab in my back office ( Testimonial, Client, Portfolio )
My question is :
What can i do with it ?
Is from plugin ?
Can i delete it from my Back Office ?

Yes you can de-activate the portfolio, testimonials and clients post type from wp-admin -> theme options -> modules and speed ->
