New installation of theme and all plugin without lost my data

Is it possible to re-install SweetDate theme and all plugin without lost my data (members, profiles question….)?

Hello, profile fields are not lost as they are stored at the database, you can reinstall the theme by deleting both childtheme and main theme this wont affect your profile questions
