New Paid Membership Level not creating profile

Good day,

My community has 2 levels of membership.  The Basic or Free level signs members up and creates new accounts without issues.

The Premium Membership level is a pay level and payments are made through PayPal.  If a member already has a basic membership and they upgrade, everything works great.  IF a new member creates a Premium membership without first creating a basic membership their PayPal account is charged but their community profile is never created.

And just to be certain the login credentials above are not public correct?

Hi,

The credentials are hidden and they are displayed only to me and you.

If the issue remains the same using a default wp theme it means that KLEO not changes or interfere with that since it’s disabled, so ask they support.
