New Purchase and Installation

I purchased Sweetdate theme a couple of days ago and it came with the slider.

I would like to purchase another license and this time with installation,,, but with the Modern scheme design without the slider and not the blue color pattern scheme.

How do I specify this at the time of purchase ?
