Hi,
I’ve had a couple new users inform me they are having issues when registering for the first time; error stating their passwords are not matching. They stated when retrying it will continue to give them an error “passwords do not match”. I tried to replicate issue but had no problem registering. Are there any common issues like this? Are there specific instances when this error may happen with certain password criteria? thank you.
