New User Role and Dashboard

Hello,

1 – I am using Role Editor and Paid Promembership together. I am creating new role that role new name member 1 and giving some capabiities such as publish_page, edit_published_page. But when user login to site cant see dashboard but when i chance editor or contributer user can see dashboard. Why?

2 – When nothing change above, i installed paid pro add on ( https://github.com/strangerstudios/pmpro-roles ) then also not change… why? I did everything…

Hello, the contributor role by default can see the admin dashboard.
