No author access and toolbar.

Hi,

We’ve got a problem with our author’s toolbar. In fact, our author can’t see the toolbar. Moreover they can’t create a new article. Only administrator can do this.

Hope you can help us to resolve the problem.

Its probably a plugin conflict. Start by disabling all plugins. If the admin bar shows up and authors can post, then start enabling each plugin one-by-one until the problems reappear. That will ID the conflict.
