No comment post number URL ?

I’ve just noticed a major problem (for my website anyway).

There is no comment post# URL accessible to people in the comment. So there is no way for people to link and direct people to a particular comment.

This is a major problem for a blog discussing technical issues (like this forum is about).

Is there any way to possibly add the comment number URL to the post date?

Its not a problem with my website alone. There are no permalinks at all to each comment post in the Kleo theme.

See how there is a post number and permalink at the top right off all the posts in this forum?

With most themes, when you click the date a comment was posted that is a permalink to the comment post.

Without this there is no way for people to reference or link to a particular post.
