No confirmation email after registration

Hi,

I have 2 question

1) I not receive any confirmation email after I try registration in my website

2) How can I change the the word “Username”, “Email Address” & “Password” at the registration form?

Hello, please try by going to tools – buddypress and check reinstall emails
To edit those fields from the register from of the theme ( not the buddypress register page) install loco translate plugin and go to Loco translate – themes select the theme and edit your language, search the words, change and save

Hello, then you would need to setup SMTP at your WordPress site, just install easy smtp plugin and contact your hosting for smtp details
