No Email Notifications for Private Messages?

My users are not getting email notifications for private messages. Any ideas why? All other notifications seem to be working.

By the way, we have CometChat installed. Not sure if that’s relevant.

Hello, does it happen with the wordpress default theme? If yes, then its an issue related to buddypress

After further testing, we discovered that email notifications for Private Message stops when Comet Chat is installed/enabled. Do you know how to get around this? Any suggestions is highly appreciated.

Hello, the best would be to contact cometchat as they say their plugin is compatible with buddypress, so as its not, they should give you a solution 🙂
