no map on directory page

I try to setup for my church a Spiritual Community with Spiritual Business Directory.
The sample pages  with sample content are show, but the map on the top is missing.

Regarding instruction,
there is a Google API Key set,
on the directory page also the following code in header_content:

[gd_homepage_map width=100% height=600px maptype=roadmap zoom=1 autozoom=true  child_collapse=true scrollwheel=false marker_cluster=1 ]

I’m unable to show the map on top of the directory page
as well the witgets on the right side
as see on the demo page.

Would you help me out to set the map and the witgets, please.
