Hi, I downloaded the theme, using your video instructions,
however there is no default menu, on the menu settings. instead they ask me to create a new menu.
please help me change this.
my email address is m.itairelaw@gmail.com or +353857871862
I bought your sweet date theme last month, when i had a problem with it, I got a reply that just redirected me to your install video, this did not solve me problem.
I would appreciate it if you/ your staff take there time to assist me in solving this. I paid for the theme and if there is something wrong with it, it needs to be fixed as fast as possible.
thank you

Sorry to hear you’re having issues, please update this ticket with some admin login credentials for WordPress and I’ll be happy to create a new menu for you.
If you’d like to create a new menu yourself you can go WP Admin > Appearance > Menus > Click link: “create a new menu”. Once you have clicked this link you’ll see the page has reloaded and a blank field will appear below, enter the name of your menu and press save to create it. Once the menu has been created you can assign it to the main menu space by scrolling to the bottom of the reloaded page and checking the box called “Primary menu”.
I attach screenshots of these steps below.
Thanks,
Kieran

I logged into your site and found that you have already imported the demo data successfully and had a partially created menu. I have done the following for you.
– “Register page with register form [paid registration/membership]” I have installed Paid Memberships Pro and it’s required pages for you, please go to WP Admin > Memberships to configure this plugin further to your needs.
– “home page” I have set the home page to the community demo. To change which page is used please go to WP Admin > Settings > Reading > Section: “Front page displays”
– Set blog page to blog from the demo content, to change which page is used please go to WP Admin > Settings > Reading > Section: “Front page displays”
– Assigned the menu and added “Home”. “Activity”, “Members”, “Groups” and “Blog” items to the menu. To add or remove items please go to WP Admin > Appearance > Menus
– Added dynamic login, logout and register menu items to add, edit or remove items please go to WP Admin > Appearance > Menus
– Created page titled “About” please go to Pages > All Pages > Scroll to” “About”, click edit and design page as required. With regards to events and ticketing you’ll have to research and install a third party plugin that suits your needs. There are many options available some are standalone plugins that specialize in ticketing and others are add ons to plugins like WooCommerce. You can try the WordPress Plugin Repository, WooCommerce Plugins, YITH Plugins, CodeCanyon and more for research.
Thanks,
Kieran
