When users send each other messages, there is no reply button, only a delete button.

My users are having trouble replying to messages. Is there are way to make that more user friendly? Thanks for the response by the way!

Do a quick search over on the BP forums. Kleo only stylizes whats being spit out by them. You can also request that Kleo add a reply button in the new Feature Request section here.
