No results on search

Hello,

When doing a search kleo theme is not giving any results, for that to happen you may have to wait some seconds to load on the bottom of the search box.

What happpens is users just a word and instantly click for results and it turns out to give zero results, even if this words are related with groups, forum or members.

1. Casa you wait for the results in the search box

http://alojamentouniversitario.com/members/?s=porto (“View member results”)

2. Case you type instantly for results

http://alojamentouniversitario.com/?s=porto ( Results= zero)

We are noticing a huge bounce rate for this reason.

Have digg in the forum but didn’t found any answer yet. Any thoughts about this?

Edit the search bar settings and change the Form Type to Just Ajax Results. This will disable the submitting the form using the enter key.
