No Search Landing Page

    When I use the WordPress search feature (or a search addon), I get to a results page:

    domain.com/?s=ashes

    And it shows:

    6 search results for: ashes

    But nothing else appears on the page. No actual results listing and not even the widgets in a right sidebar or the footer.
