No space between top of posts and header provided

For all of my pages and posts, there is always an overlap of the content of the page and the header of the website.

I use visual composer for all of my posts and pages so I can create a margin at the top of the first row to create space, but now I am creating some product pages in Woocommerce that don’t allow visual composer.

In the image I’ve provided, you can see that Kleo is not putting a space between the content and the header. How am I supposed to build these product pages? Thanks!
