We just installed your theme, but it won’t show the proper styling. Not the Logo, no background colors, no borders. I included a screenshot. I tried reinstalling, resetting chmod, changing a couple of colors in the options, but it simply won’t run. Is there any trick I missed?

You must be logged in to view attached files.December 15, 2015 at 02:12 #93300AbeKeymasterHello, please try to go to WP admin – Appearance – Theme options and just re-save the options page. After that try to visit the site and see if it shows ok.
When re-saving the theme options or the Customizer, the dynamic style of the theme gets regenerated and a file should be written to wp-content/uploads/custom-styles/ folder. If that directory is not writable please try to talk at your hosting to fix that.
If you can’t figure it out let me know and I will do my best to assist.

It would be good to have restricted temporary access to FTP to do some quick tests and find the cause of this.

Right now we hardcoded the css until we fix the server issue.

I have updated the files on your site and they should be fine now. Try to do some customizations and let me know how it goes.
