We just installed your theme, but it won’t show the proper styling. Not the Logo, no background colors, no borders. I included a screenshot. I tried reinstalling, resetting chmod, changing a couple of colors in the options, but it simply won’t run. Is there any trick I missed?
Hello, please try to go to WP admin – Appearance – Theme options and just re-save the options page. After that try to visit the site and see if it shows ok.
When re-saving the theme options or the Customizer, the dynamic style of the theme gets regenerated and a file should be written to wp-content/uploads/custom-styles/ folder. If that directory is not writable please try to talk at your hosting to fix that.
If you can’t figure it out let me know and I will do my best to assist.

wp-content/uploads/custom-styles/. Checked the error-log of our server: nothing.Please give me ftp and wordpress access to take a quick look. Mark the reply as private please

@ SeventhQueen we do our best to have super happy customers. Thanks for being our customer.Strange thing is that the file is generated but it is not loaded. It would be good to have restricted temporary access to FTP to do some quick tests and find the cause of this.

Thanks for being our customer.Still not working, but we know that it’s a server issue on our side – tested the theme on multiple environments, which brought it down to this; probably something about mod-security. Right now we hardcoded the css until we fix the server issue.

I wouldn’t mind to hardcode the .css file. Is there a .css file with all the styles available somewhere?
