The member’s name and profile photos all appear online. There is no option to make either private, only the remainder of the profile can be made private, but not the photos or the member’s name. How can this be changed. Also the forum and blog are both set to private – for members only, however, there is still access, an I am getting hundreds of bot attacks because of this. How can all be fixed?
If I cannot find a way to fix these errors, then I will have to stop using the KLEO theme, as this is a private members only website, and nothing is supposed to be accessed from non-members.
Someone please help!
Its not the theme’s responsibility to make your site private. There are a few plugins for private sites. Some have been mentioned here. Since you’re using bp, search their forum for recommendations.

Let me clarify my original question. I know that it is not the theme’s responsibility to make any site private.
The KLEO theme has the profile section already set up with the user name, but it cannot be set to private like all the rest of the sections can. This is part of the theme, and I don’t think that a plugin can change that part of the original theme. This is not a wp issue, but the theme itself. I would need to modify that section to change it, and I have no idea how to do that. My site is completely set to private, and yet the member’s profile names, and photos still show up online.
If you are talking about the xprofile data, again that’s not kleo and you’ll have that issue with any other theme. Buddypress does not allow for the name to be private by default. See attached example to verify we are talking about the same thing.

Hi, yes that’s the area I’m talking about. I thought that was all a part of KLEO and not Buddypress.
Yes, web searches and rankings show up member’s names and photos. That’s what I’m trying to figure out how to stop. Is there a way to do this?
No. Kleo is a theme. It stylizes the output of other plugins.
WP Admin > Settings > Reading > Discourage search engines from indexing the site.
If you’re going to be running and administering the site, I would strongly suggest you read up on wordrpess and buddypress.
