Non mobile responsive when filling in forms

for romanceheroesandnovels.com/register .. I just noticed when I go to it on my mobile phone, and select any box (so for example, when I go to fill out “username”), it becomes non-mobile responsive. Its like the page zooms in on the one area, and the sides of the screen move around. And it stays that way even when pressing a part of the screen outside of the form box. The only way to get it back to normal is to slide two fingers together to facilitate the zooming back out. Do you know what I’m referring to? And if so, what can be done to fix this? It seems to be a significant problem in regards to the mobile responsiveness of the theme.. I noticed for my other site (transencounters.com / buddyapp) this does not happen.. let me know what the options are to resolve this.
