Non paying Members can still access chat functions

Hi,

I have used your excellent theme to set up a dating site for our client. But I have two main issues at the moment.

 

1) I have set up two membership levels to show on this page: http://www.mmemanchester.co.uk/membership-account/membership-levels/

There should be 1 for £27 every 3 months and one for £60 every 12 months. When I first add them they both show, but after a while the second option disappears from the page. The only way I can get it to temp show again is to delete the option then re-add it. But again only works for a short while.

 

2) Most importantly. I have been able to make none subscribed members not to be able to search, But they can still send and recieve private messeges. I need this to be stopped and all non paying members not to be found on search’s or anything that should only be accessable for paid members.

 

Any help would be greatly appriciated as we need this to go live today.

Hello, right now there is not an option to hide them from search but you can restrict messages, about the first issue, have you tried deactivating some plugins and testing again?

I have found the option to block non member messages. (I wasn’t looking hard enough!)
I also found that making one of the membership options ‘popular’ and giving them orders, in the Sweetdate menu. The second option returned.
