Not able to become a member of site

New clients are not able to complete their signups on my website.  It tell them to check the email it has sent them to complete their signup but now does not send an email at all.

Hi,

Try to update buddypress plugin,it was a issue with this in past buddypress versions.

Also try to setup this plugin maybe that’s why the emails don’t sent https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

The buddy press plugin is updated and I don’t know how to setup the plugin you gave a link for. Why can’t y’all fix this?

Hi,

The plugin should be configured by adding the required informations smtp server and user and pass, you have them in the email, or you can ask the hosting company about those.
