Not able to log in on frontend

I installed Sweet Date following the demo video.
Tested the subscription function. Everything went OK.
Log in however doesn’t work. The animation keeps turning and it says “Sending info. Please wait”.
I tried deactivating plugins but the problem stays. The same problem in every browser.
Please help

If I could link the log in button to the wordpress login.php, the problem would be solved. Could anyone explain where I would be able to do this ? Thank you.

in header.php you’ll see this:

change “#” to whatever url you like.

as far as the log-in modal…are you sure you’re logged out fully from WP-Admin before trying to log-in using the modal? sometimes i have that problem.

Thank you for your reply.
I tried several times being completely logged out as admin and also as a test member. No result.

I already modified header.php. Button now links to WP loginpage. This will do just fine.
