Not loading non www version of homepage

Hi,
I have a random issue that is creeping up every day and I cannot tell what triggered it.

the non www version of my site (so tourismtribe.com instead of http://www.tourismtribe.com) doesn’t load (i get a blank page).

Is it a matter of fixing in the htaccess or should I investigate somewhere else?

It shouldnt happen by default. There’s nothing in Kleo that you can do to fix it. Lots of info by way of googling.
