Not possible to install essential grid

Hi,

I bought the KLEO theme and am very happy.

Unfortunately, I am unable to download the PlugIn Essential Grid

 

the following error message appears:

Plugin not activated. A higher version of Essential Grid is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

 

Need your support to solve this problem.

another question.

In your demo you can see that in the metadata of a blog post an avatar can be seen.
I have the demo content installed but there is no avatar to see.

Wordpress Version: 5.0.3

KLEO Version: 4.4.6

Essential Grid Version: 2.3.2
