Hi,
Your problem is more related to WooCommerce Plugin. Therefore, you can get best answer if you ask about this issue to their forum. As far as, I can say there must be something wrong in the email setting option in your woocommerce plugin. Please read all the instruction and input all the necessary info and check again.
