    Hello

I just downloaded version 2.9.9 of SweetDate theme.

    I have a question though.

    a) there is a “sweetdate” folder. I assumee this folder replaces the one on the server completely. I have not made any changes on those files but all in the child folder.

    b) Then there is the “sweetdate-child” folder in the update with

    activity folder
    functions.php
    groups folder
    members folder
    screenshot.png
    style.css

I am wondering what to do. If I would replace the child foder all my changes in functions.php and style.css would be overwritten and gone.

Why are there these filesin folders that are provided by SeventhQueen? I thought the child folder is just for the user and won’t be touched with an upgrade. Could you please clarify what I have to do with those files and what will happen with them in future updates. Thanks Andreas

Hello, to update, just upload sweetdate folder
The child theme is there because its the same file we give to people who just bought the theme. And to update it, you just need sweetdate folder, never update the child theme
