Nothing is changing

I’ve installed the theme on a fresh Wp install and nothing is changing. I’ve tried the styling options saved and redone it and nothing is changing. Still looks like this page, grey and white and blue.

We don’t hand out any credentials to strangers full stop.

You solving issues by asking for them is something you really should put this on your sales pitch. Myself would never have bought the theme in the first place if I’d known this is how you solve the issues with it!

This is one of the reasons we asked for and expect to a get a refund of this theme that really isn’t working out of the box which may or may not come down to the impossible task of bringing up the php-memory on a shared hosting account. To to this we would have to increase and upgrade our webhosting account which would cost us even more money!

I understand, you don’t want to provide credentials but since this issue is an isolated one and doesn’t happen on other client sites we need to debug it and see what is causing it.
It doesn’t necessarily have to be related to php memory limit but that usually causes most theme problems.

Even if is related to memory limit that is not a bad thing and doesn’t have to relate to our theme but more to WordPress platform. This limit can be easily increased from php settings and doesn’t mean your hosting package will change.

Since my web host knows what kind of issue I have and tell me I cannot do anything about it unless upgrading I can assure you that is what is going to happen. Also I don’t believe having problem with your theme is an isolated event.

I can assure you it is an isolated event since we don’t encounter other theme problems at the moment.
Let’s make this discussion productive and allow us to help you. Give us an error log from the provider and more details to reproduce if you can’t allow temporary access to your site.

Maybe setup Teamviewer session and take a look by sharing your screen.

Please understand that refunds are given in cases where theme doesn’t work as it should or as advertised. I see you don’t want to collaborate and help you so please do that.

Due to the nature of digital goods, it’s not possible to “return” them. Therefore, refunds can only be given for products that are broken and do not work as described. I can assure you that none of my products are broken

What part of the it’s not working out of the box is it that you don’t understand? It demands settings at our webhosting company that is not possible if not upgrading the account.

The theme doesn’t work on a fresh installment in neither Chrome, Safari nor Firefox, Windows nor Mac doesn’t matter.

In the ten years with same hosting company I have NEVER EVER experienced them getting back to me stating I need to upgrade my account to get something to work when working on a WordPress site nor anything else till I fell across and paid for your theme!

Give us our money back and start acting like grown ups!

Nobody said you need to change hosting and it could be a small setting or a caching thing.

Please change your attitude and collaborate if you want our help.

I have showed you that we are opened to any other way of looking at your site since you can’t give more details.

Don’t get me wrong but when I know that we have a strong theme, I need to see if you tell me it doesn’t work on your site.

Maybe it is theme related but we need to check it and fix it if is the case.
