July 21, 2016 at 16:32 #129761singleandsoberParticipantGreetings,I recently tested the “notice to all users” feature on the Sweetdate message software we use and it works great. The notification shows up under the message tab in the notices section. The only problem is that there is no notification as in a 1 or * that lets them know there is a message there.Perhaps there is something on the backend we need to turn on. Would you be able to offer any advice. This is a crucial piece to the puzzle when we start charging people for memberships and need to send out a message to everyone. Can we link this notification up to the users e-mail addresses? Please advise,Mike Reed

July 27, 2016 at 23:07 #130459LauraModeratorHello, deactivated your plugins to test if it was a plugin issue and an UsrPro error appeared, are you using userpro? Check it out by ftp and try to rename the theme folder to be able to login to the admin dashboard as now is blocked by that error.
The notice error seems like its deactivated, did you hide it with css or any other custom code?

July 28, 2016 at 20:32 #130564LauraModeratorHello, the issue is that there is no popup notice when you send a sitewide message, this is default on buddypress, not related to the theme. So this buddypress feature is turned off somehow at your site.
As the site is very customized i do not know where to look and this issue should be checked by your developer team, not us. Anyways this issue is related to buddypress not the themeHi there!!! December 5, 2016 at 17:26 #146083RaduModeratorHi,
It means that one of the admins has send a sitewide notice thru buddypress (see the screenshot)
While sending a private message and you check sitewide notice all users will receive that.
This it’s generated by BuddyPress not form KLEO theme
Cheers

December 6, 2016 at 20:12 #146235RaduModeratorDo you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those
Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those
Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those
If you de-activate all plugins it works ? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.
If you de-activate the child theme it works ?
