Notifications closing too quickly before I have a chance to click

I just noticed, when I click on notifications, and I move to one of the links, the notification popup closes.

Is there a workaround to keep this open so users can click on things properly?

Don’t worry its just a design flaw. It happens if you move your mouse remotely left or right before going down into the notifications box.
