Number of post in a grid changes

When I zoom in or zoom out my blog page with post grids, the number of items in a row changes from 3 to 2 per row. Please test zooming in and out page to see what I am talking about :

This is non-normal user behaviour, that’s happens because the javascript should be initialized by refreshing the page or by adjusting the width of the window.
