on members page, how to display “Profile Search menu”

Hi,

On members page, I could see “Profile Search” on top of page.

But, after change page temperate in page edit page, “Profile Search” is not displayed.

Could you advice how to display “Profile Search” on top of members page?

Hi,

Just go to wp-admin -> users -> profile search -> select your form.
