Online and Total Members are not working

The Members online and Total Members are not working … Can you please provide me the code and location where I can fix this ?

Hello, your users should select I am a and Looking for a fields to appear there, and they need to login at least once to actually count as members 🙂
Try also going to Tools > Buddypress and check all options
