Online Demo is not the same as the Them Demo that was installed by Envato

Hi I was very impressed with your design and bought the them. My objective was to quickly be able to get up and running with a online community. I bought the $50 install service from Envato who also sold me the them. After they installed the demo version and all the pages, data etc. it does not behave the same way as your demo. Envato, says it has to do with that the demo you have is different from the one that is in the them down-load packet. I am at a loss as the current install they did does not support my goal. Please advice

I would suggest contacting the theme author for clarification on any difference between the demo and your theme. For support with your ThemeForest item, you can reach the author of your theme via the item’s dedicated support page.

Hi Alex,

I am not sure that the installation was correctly done? I bought a community them and the community functionality does not work, nor does the menus etc.
So I am stuck with either a them that does not work or an installation that is incorrect, so in other words stuck between a rock and a hard place?

Please advice what todo?
