Open Links in new Tab

Is there a way (theme-wide) to have links open in a new tab? If that’s not possible, what about for links posted in the activities?

Clarification: I mean External links, not links to other pages of my URL.

You’ll need to find some custom code that will determine if the link is external or not. Kleo doesnt do any link processing of content. WP does if its in a post or page. BP does if its in an activity (personal or group). BBP does if its in a topic. Do a google search. I saw some code out there but didn’t test any of it.
