How to crate OUR RECOMMENDATION section as per the demo ?

Import the home shop page and have a look at how that section was built

Appearance > KLEO demo data > Specific Page > Home Shop.

Basically its a row split into 4 columns. Each column has the Widgetised Sidebar shortcode.

You dont put shortcodes in the Widgetised Sidebar. You put sidebars in them. You should put the Woo widgets in them for sale products, featured products, or whatever you want.

Import the home shop page. Also import the Widgets.

not able to see on-sale and featured widgets in widgets.

Its a selection within the WooCommerce Products widget. I suggest taking some time to get familiar with all the widgets available. It will help you design your site.

but i can see any widget selection in product create. can you give exmple or screenshot ?

What? Go to appearance > widgets and add the woocommerce product widget to a sidebar. Select either featured product or sale product from the drop down.
