Out of Memory Problem

I am constantly getting an out of memory problem.

I have turned on the debug in wp-config and found that there is a notification of the same message every few seconds:

Trying to get property of non-object in /path/to/wp-content/plugins/Ultimate_VC_Addons/woocomposer/woocomposer.php on line 341

What does this mean?
