Overlapping issue

Are there a solution so the groups and so on. So they do not overlap each other.
Because when that happen everything gets out of place.
And the theme is not responsive in this way.

Can the text be made into smaller icons ?
Can the text/groups be made into a dropdown select box ?
Can the text size/ icons/blue text field be made smaller ?

And so on.
Because in this way it do not look that beautiful and i think it could confuse people.
