I’m having a very odd problem with a WordPress install using Kleo.

Firstly, I have the theme installed along with the following plugins (active):

Contact Form 7, K Elements, Revolution Slider, WPBakery Visual Composer.

The install is located at http://pines.balloonheadgames.com

The problem I’m having is that when going to edit page content on the site, none of the content that appears on the site itself is present in the content editor under WordPress. For example, there is content on the About Us page located at http://pines.balloonheadgames.com/about-us that should appear in the editor, but when you click “Edit Page”, “Edit Page with Visual Composer”, or go through the back end (Pages > About Us, etc), none of that content appears either in Visual Composer or in the Classic editor.

I have tried the following to see if there are any conflicts:

    1) Deactivated all plugins. Result: problem persists.
    2) Deactivated Visual Composer, updated Visual Composer, reactivated Visual Composer. Result: problem persists.
    3) Updated Kleo via Themeforest. Result: problem persists.
    4) Attempted manual update. Result: problem persists.

It’s really quite an odd one, and I can’t find any references to others having this problem. It may in fact be a problem with the wordpress install itself, or perhaps the MySQL database, but I have no idea where to start with the database in order to resolve the issue.

Any help and support would be much appreciated. Never had this problem before, and hope I never have it again.

    Thanks for your time!

It definitely appears to be a db issue. It even happens with the 2015 Theme enabled, so Kleo isnt causing it. Perhaps ask your hosting company for assistance in viewing your db error logs. Maybe there’s something of worth in there.

You can also try enabling wp_degug and set the display to true. Perhaps you can see an error when you bring up page editor.
