Please advise me how to make a start page for registration, which is after the registration will no longer be visible to the user, but instead will be a different page? This can be done by means of WordPress, your theme or plugin?
Thank you in advance for your reply!

May 17, 2015 at 05:51 #59141LauraModeratorHello, i see what you want there, you can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-members-only/ to only let registered members access your site, not logged in members will only see your homepage, login page, register page and lost password page. You can use revolution lsider to add a register now button on your homepage 🙂

May 17, 2015 at 15:32 #59184EduardParticipantThanks Laura! This is a very interesting solution! 🙂
May 17, 2015 at 21:50 #59237EduardParticipantI want to share with you how I solved my issue:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-members-only/ what do you recommend to me, specifies the behavior the user before login
https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-login-redirect/ specifies redirect to the correct page
https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-profile-as-homepage/ instead of the home page redirects to profile
I’m happy that I solved my issue. Everything is working as I wanted.
Thank you very much Laura for the advice and the right direction.
May 18, 2015 at 20:10 #59287KosiiiParticipantWill this solution limit or damage the SEO of the site! Will titles from groups, forums, blogposts etc still be reachable for search engines?
May 19, 2015 at 19:26 #59458KosiiiParticipantIm hoping the devs in here can give us a tip. Im also interested on implementing the same thing.
May 21, 2015 at 12:59 #59703LauraModeratorHello, it should be, as it only changes the view for users and not robots
