Page Jump Header

Hi – whenever I create a Page Jump on any Page, it takes me a little further below than my actual Target Text. I believe this is caused by an in-built header.

Is there any way to fix this without touching the php files?

Please make a video if is possible, to can see exactly what is your problem, i visited your website and i can navigate ok.
