Page loads from bottom

Hi,

My site loads from bottom instead of top. We tried updating the theme and plugins but nothing really helped.

Everytime a visitor visits on any of the pages, it loads from footer. Please suggest something ASAP

If you de-activate plugins except Visual Composer and K-elements ? it behaves the same ?
