Page restrictions exceptions not working with Blog

I choose my site to be private for anyone, with some exceptions.

When I set Page restrictions exceptions it works fine… except for Blog (the Blog page itself and the posts). Could you please help me with that? I would like the blog to be available for everyone.

Actually I am using Restrict my site, which is the plugin you recommend when installing the theme. I will try with buddypress members only and I will let you know. Thank you.

do we still need then the restrict site plugin?
do the options in the theme options page still count?

Hello, you can deactivate it, theme options is enough to work. But if you like both its your choice 🙂
