page title and nav bar padding

Check put the pages, for example http://test.cityballers.com/gallery/

Need the nav bar up higher on the pages so title and sidebar don’t overlap with it… please help.

PS – also need to make nav menu bold. I tried to change it’s size from 12 to 15 in theme options but it didn’t seem to change.

Turn of transparent menu.
