Pages are charging by the bottom

All the pages of my website are charging by the bottom, wich is not very confortable for my visitors experience. Do you know how to fix this ?

Can you explain what you mean by ‘charging’?

On your home page, the bottom moves because of the Testimonial slider. That’s to be expected.
