Pages dissapearing

Hey,
pages disappear ( 404 message ) in a strange way . Thought it was a plugin conflict but the problem persisted at inactivation of all plugins.

Wp admin > Settings > Permalinks > Save

Yes, unfortunally. But today there was an update for rtMedia and another plugin (I don’t remember which one), and all pages are visible again on the main site. The testsite still doesn’t work, so I have to wait for the updates to come there aswell.
