I posted this in the rtmedia forum but thought I’d see if anyone here has run into this. When I updated to rtmedia 3.7.35, any non post post-type gave a 404 error. I was able to deactivate rtmedia and reinstall 3.7.34 and everything worked fine again. However, I tried to install the recent update, 3.7.37, and got the 404 errors again. Unfortunately, this time reverting to 3.7.34 didn’t solve the problem. I tried deleting rtmedia entirely and even deleted all rtmedia database rows through phpMyAdmin, but that didn’t fix it. Any suggestions?
Got it fixed based on a recommendation at the rtmedia forum. Needed to resale the permalink structure. Maybe I should have known that. In any event, if anyone else is having the same issue, that solved it for me.
