Pagination for categories not working

On categories pagination is not working, I had to set WP settings/ reading/ Blog pages show at most/ to 36 to able to view them all when I set it to something like 16 or 24, there’s no page 2 or 3 and so on.

Seems to be working on all of my sites. Have you tried it with the 2015 theme to see if its indeed a kleo issue and not a plugin issue?
